Whether you need to hire a bartender for your beautiful Rockies backdrop wedding, an extra set of hands in the kitchen for your annual Super Bowl Party, or 25 certified & professional beer pourers for a 3 day music festival, we are here to serve you!
Your certified event professionals show up in all black business professional attire, or provided uniform, armed with a smile, and protected by years of experience, proper training, and a $1,000,000 insurance policy.
All Black Tie Events professionals are TIPS certified, certified bartenders by the Fort Collins Academy of Bartending, and are Liquor Liability Insured. We do not use a staffing agency, we ARE the staffing agency. We are honored to work along side some of the most dedicated professional mobile Bartenders, Servers, and Kitchen Assistants in the business, who work events for us year after year.

Bartenders
If you are hosting a private party or event, at venue that allows you to provide your own alcohol, and looking to hire a Bartender, our pricing ranges from $250-$500 for up to 3 hours of service plus a 30 minute setup and 30 minute clean up.
Beer & Wine Only (up to 150 guests): $500+
Full Bar (up to 100 guests): $500+
Any Kegged Beer Will Require An Additional $150 Fee
Add Cocktail Server: $150 +
Plus 20% Service Charge & Use of Tip Jar
Servers
Hosting a private party or event, and looking to hire a server?
Black Tie Events will provide up to 4 hours of service, including setup and clean up.
Server pricing begins at $500 plus 20% Automatic Gratuity.
Pricing and number of team members required, are based on type of service requested and number of guests.
